Mary Katherine is from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and loves exploring the outdoors and new cities! She was born in Owensboro, Kentucky, and grew up visiting her family in the Nashville area. Mary Katherine loves Nashville and always knew she would make it her home someday.

After earning a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky, Mary Katherine moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, and worked as the Marketing, Listing, and Staging Coordinator for a real estate team. When the time and opportunity presented itself, she transitioned to Nashville, and is delighted to join the Southbound Group.

Mary Katherine’s education and experience has prepared her to offer a wide variety of communication skills, including public relations, creative graphic design, direct response, and account management. She enjoys connecting with new people and building relationships, which is why she chose to pursue a career in real estate.
